I first created the CoinNews brand in 2023, developing its initial identity and visual direction. In 2025 I was brought back to lead a full redesign, evolving the brand to feel more modern, web3 orientated, and reflective of its position as a leading crypto news platform. The challenge was to craft a stronger identity that could carry authority in the fast-paced world of crypto while ensuring the site remained clear, easy to follow, and optimized for content-heavy layouts.

Challenge
The original brand established CoinNews in the market but as the platform grew it required a bolder and more contemporary identity. The redesign needed to highlight credibility, accessibility, and freshness while managing the demands of a news-heavy interface.

Brand Identity
I created a revitalized visual system built around the recognizable colors of Bitcoin: black, gold, and crisp neutrals. The logo and supporting graphics were reimagined to align with Web3 aesthetics, giving CoinNews a sharper, more authoritative presence.

Website Design
The new design prioritizes readability and content hierarchy, making it simple for users to navigate large volumes of news without feeling overwhelmed. Responsive layouts ensure the platform works seamlessly across devices, with a consistent and professional user experience.

Marketing & Ongoing Development
While the website redesign is complete, I continue to oversee the brand’s rollout across social platforms. This includes providing creative direction and guidance on how the identity extends to marketing assets, ensuring the brand maintains consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
